Client Support
For domain owners or domain administrators who ordered a Premium
Support Plan and for administrators of a Business Mail or Outsourced
Mail Service. This web form is also accessible for domain owners
or domain administrators who ordered a new paid email service within
the past 30 days.
Note: After 30 days of initial purchase of an email service, the
Client Support web form is only available to Paid Premium Support
clients, Outsourced Email clients, and Business Mail clients.
End-User Support
The End-user support web form is available to users of a Business
Mail service, Platinum Support users, and end-users who have upgraded
their mailbox to Mail Plus Total Protection.
